Rahma is a  geotechnical engineer holding a PhD from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, where she graduated with distinction. She has developed strong expertise in geological and geotechnical engineering, combining advanced research knowledge with practical engineering applications. Her areas of expertise include geotechnical and geological assessments, structural analysis, interpretation of laboratory and in-situ investigation data, numerical modeling, slope stability analysis, and monitoring of geotechnical performance.
