Customer satisfaction, proactive anticipation of their needs, and consideration of stakeholders’ expectations are central to our approach. Accordingly, MECATER is committed to implementing all necessary measures and resources to enhance internal performance in this area.
As part of this continuous improvement process, MECATER ensures compliance with all applicable requirements related to engineering services and allocates the necessary resources to achieve this objective.
In line with its longstanding practices, MECATER periodically reviews its strategic orientations and short- and medium-term objectives.
Taking into account both the internal and external context of the company in its field of activity — mining and industrial infrastructure engineering — our quality management system is built around the following strategic priorities:
- Strengthening partnerships with major industrial players and international engineering firms;
- Maintaining a minimum level of activity in Tunisia to build references and gain experience on relevant large-scale projects;
- Continuously improving our resources, methodologies, and expertise to ensure competitiveness at the international level.
Global objectives and budgeted action plans are defined and deployed across all levels of the organization. Performance is monitored regularly, and any deviations are addressed within operational and support processes in coordination with management.
We consider the involvement of all employees to be essential to the success of our quality approach. MECATER is therefore committed to implementing all necessary measures to ensure the effectiveness of actions undertaken. Each employee is informed of the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
The measures implemented ensure the effective application, continuous maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the system.
