He brings extensive expertise in managing cash flow and assets, invoicing accounts payable and receivable, capital planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and maintaining quality standards aligned with international practices. 

Beyond his financial responsibilities, Bilel leads human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and staff development. He also manages the company’s office operations, overseeing more than 50 employees, and is accountable for IT systems and real estate management.
