Dr. Samir Ennour is the Founder and CEO of Mecater, bringing in over 30 years of international experience in mining engineering and geotechnics.
A PhD graduate from École des Mines de Nancy, he has built a recognized track record in delivering complex mining and infrastructure projects across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
